I like your workouts

Here is a fun variation. Pick a number (say 30) Every bolder problem you do is equal to the grade with the end goal of reaching 30. So you'd need to do 10x V3 to get 30. Mix it up with hard problems so that as you near the end you only have only enough gas to do V1s to finish the set. No rests between problems increases pump.

My other fav is reverse ladders. Start at your max red-point (say v12 right?) and work backward, V11, V10 etc till 0. Do this with no rests between problems, ideally finding routes close enough together where you can do them in sets without ever having to let your feet touch the ground.

If this is too easy, try it going from V0 up to your max red-point with no rests between problems. Sort of like a sport route with a crux at the end. Rest 5 minutes and repeat. -Nate
